Panel discussion in the framework of the exhibition "Destination: Usakos"

What sounds like a simple question conceals years of relationship-building between museums, communities, and other stakeholders. This panel discussion sheds light on the collaboration behind the return of the "Usakos Railway Workers' Collection."

With Munukayumbwa Ellis-Mwiya (Museums Association of Namibia), Kleophas Johannes (Deputy Mayor of Usakos), Samuel Bachmann (Curator, Bern History Museum) and Anna-Pierina Godenzi (Project lead, Bern History Museum).

The panel discussion will take place in English and will be simultaneously translated into German in writing using an AI-based solution.

The exhibition “Destination: Usakos” will remain open until after the panel discussion. (Admission is included in the ticket price.)
