The project «The Many Futures of Gender. Oral Histories of Feminist Theory» documents conversations with protagonists who had and have a formative influence on feminist theories. The interviews also include conversations with prominent historians, such as Joan Wallach Scott and Londa Schiebinger.
On 14 June 2026, Feminist Strike Day, the Interdisciplinary Center for Gender Studies (ICFG) at the University of Bern will launch this digital archive. The event will feature a panel discussion and forms part of the programme celebrating the ICFG’s 25th anniversary.
