Abstract

This thesis aims to examine the relationship between the WHO headquarters in Geneva, WHO African Regional Office (AFRO)in Brazzaville, and colonial Nigeria from 1945 to 1960 when Nigeria became autonomous, it also seeks to study how these relationships changed between the actors involved (Nigeria, the WHO, and WHO AFRO) in post-independent Nigeria until 1985.
