Conference report: Climate Change in the Breadbasket of the Roman Empire. Reconstructing Nile Floods for the Roman Period

Victoria Landau (University of Basel) has written the report of a conference held at the Swiss Institute in Rome in January 2020 on the environmental history of Egypt for the roman period. Her report gives an account of the interplay between the natural sciences and the humanities around the history of Egypt in antiquity.
