Transnational Histories of Switzerland

The purpose of this workshop is to discuss how to write a history of Switzerland from a transnational perspective. Together with historians who are experts in transnational Belgium and transnational Japanese histories, we will explore the challenges that arise when a transnational framework is applied to the study of a national object.
