Dear editors of Diamond Open Access journals
For the Workshop Day “Shining Bright – Tools and Services for Diamond Open Access Editors and Service Providers”, we invite contributions for a poster session which will complement a series of practice-oriented workshops. This event is tailored for service providers, editors and publishers involved in Diamond Open Access publishing.
The Workshop Day will take place on Friday, March 21st, 2025 in Bern/Switzerland and will be organised by the project “Platinum Open Access Funding” (PLATO).
We are especially interested in posters that explore:
- Implementation Challenges: Solutions for transitioning to or sustaining a Diamond Open Access publishing model
- Innovative Approaches: Initiatives and projects with the aim to support Diamond Open Access publishing
- Community Engagement Strategies: Best practices in creating visibility and outreach
Selected posters will have the opportunity to be showcased throughout the event and discussed during a dedicated session. Travel costs for one person presenting the poster will be covered on request.
